January 12, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Charles Howard.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Charles Howard, late a private, Company F, Thirty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
