Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing against the military record of William Henry Woodward, as private in Battery L, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and grant to said William Henry Woodward an honorable discharge as of date December fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due *Proviso.* No pay, etc. or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
