Granted honorable discharge. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing on the records against John Hurley, late of the United States steamers Ohio and Lackawanna, and grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided,* That no pay or allowances *Proviso.* No pay, etc. shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1899.
