December 21, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the regular terms of theSouth Carolina judicial district.Terms of circuit court. circuit court of the United States for the district of South Carolina shall be held each year as follows: In the city of Greenville on the third Tuesday in April and on the third Tuesday in October; in the city of Columbia on the fourth Tuesday in November; in the city of Charleston on the first Tuesday in April.
Sec. 2. That the regular terms of the district court of the United—of district court. States for the western district of South Carolina shall be held in each year in the city of Greenville on the third Tuesday in April and on the third Tuesday in October. Sec. 3. That the regular terms of the district court of the United States for the eastern district of South Carolina shall be held in each year in the city of Charleston on the first Tuesday in June and on the first Tuesday in December, and in the city of Columbia on the fourth Tuesday in November.
Sec. 4. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisionsRepeal. of this Act be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Approved, December 21, 1898.
