Moulton.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Benjamin F. Moulton, late acting assistant surgeon of the Tenth New York Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per mouth. Approved, May 14, 1898.
