Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George Blakesley, late of Company A, One hundred and eighty-ninth New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, One hundred and sixty-first New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
