Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Isaac Stephens, late lieutenant in Company A, Sixth Indiana Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, February 28, 1899.
