May 7, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Francis Shetais, alias Frank Stay.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Francis Shetais, alias Frank Stay, late a scout in the Renville (Minnesota) Rangers, in the Sioux war of eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
