Herrington.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of First-class Pilot Captain James M. Herrington, who was permanently disabled by gunshot wounds while serving in the Mississippi Squadron, United States Navy, in the late war, to thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
