Ford.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William J. Ford, late of Captain E. G. B. McNutt’s provisional company of Monroe County (Missouri) Volunteer Militia, at a rate of pension proportionate to the degree of disability found to exist from gunshot wound of left elbow. Approved, February 28, 1899.
