Treasury be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Robert Spaugh the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars, out of any sums of money not otherwise appropriated, for money paid out by him on the sixteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, under certain confiscation proceedings against the property of John Vogler, in the district court of the United States in the State of Indiana.
