February 27, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Alexander McKee.Granted honorable discharge.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion existing against Alexander McKee, late a private in Company B, Fifty-ninth Indiana Volunteers, on the records of the War Department, and to grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, *Proviso*.No pay, etc.or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
