Hovey.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1524FIFTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 182‒185. 1899. laws, the name of Harriette F. Hovey, widow of Charles E. Hovey, late colonel of the Thirty third Regiment Illinois Volunteers and brevet major-general of volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 21, 1899.
