Washburn.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Olevia S. Washburn, widow of John H. Dale, late a private of Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Tennessee Cavalry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 13, 1898.
