CHAP. 65.— An Act To provide for printing and binding for the Navy Department.March 20, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,*Navy Department.Appropriation for printing and binding. That the sum of twenty five thousand dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to supply a deficiency in the74FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 65–67. 1896. appropriation for public printing and binding for the Navy Department for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety six.
