CHAP. 59.— An Act Providing for an additional circuit judge in the seventh judicial circuit, and for other purposes.February 8, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts. That there shall be in the seventh judicial circuit an additional circuit judge, who shallAdditional judge, seventh judicial circuit. be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, and shall possess the same qualifications and have the same power and jurisdiction now prescribed by law in respect to the present circuit judges therein.
