CHAP. 872.— An act giving the consent of the United States to the State of North Dakota to appropriate for the use of the State Agricultural College, as a site for that institution, section thirty-six township one hundred and forty, range forty-nine west, situate in the county of Cass, in said State.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Public lands.The United States consent that North Dakota, appropriate a certain school-land section, Cass Co., N.
D., as a site for State Agricultural School. That the consent of the United States is hereby given to the State of North Dakota to appropriate for the use of the State Agricultural College, as a site for that institution, section thirty-six, township one hundred and forty, range forty-nine west, situate in the county of Cass, in said State, being a portion of the lands granted to said State for the No indemnity allowed.purposes of common schools but no indemnity shall be allowed for this section.
