CHAP. 873.— An act constituting Cairo, Illinois, a port of delivery in the customs collection district of New Orleans.September 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cairo, Illinois. That Cairo, in the State of Illinois,Established a port of delivery. be, and hereby is, established as a port of delivery, in the customs collection district of New Orleans, and that there Surveyor to be appointed.Compensation.shall be appointed at said port a surveyor of customs, with compensation of three hundred and fifty dollars per annum and the usual fees and commissions.
