CHAP. 1260.— An act granting leaves of absence to clerks and employees in first and second class post-offices, and to employees of the Post-Office Department employed in the mail-bag repair shops connected with said Department.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Postal service.Leave of absence for fifteen days to employees in first and second class post-offices, etc. That from and after July first, eighteen hundred and ninety, the clerks and employees attached to first and second class post-offices and the employees of the mail-bag repair shops connected with the Post-Office FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS.

Chs. 1260, 1261. 1890.649 Department of the United States, whether employed by the month, day or otherwise, he allowed leaves of absence, with full pay, for not exceeding fifteen days in any one fiscal year: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.One year’s service, before entitled. clerk nor employee be granted a leave under the provisions of this bill until he has performed service for one year. Approved, October 1, 1890. Chapter 1261: to authorize the construction of a bridge across the Altamaha River.
