CHAP. 95.— An act for the relief of Thomas Ferguson.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Ferguson.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Ferguson, formerly a member of Company B, Ninety-first Regiment Indiana State Volunteers.
