CHAP. 65.— An act to remove the disabilities of John Taylor Wood, of Louisiana.Apr. 29, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,John Taylor Wood.Political disabilities removed. That all disabilities imposed upon and incurred by John Taylor Wood, of Louisiana, under and by virtue of the fourteenth amendment of the constitution of the United States, be and are hereby removed.
