CHAP. 56.— An act granting a pension to William Blanchard.Apr. 15, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Blanchard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Blanchard, ate a corporal of Company D, Sixth Vermont Infantry. Approved, April 15, 1886.
