CHAP. 36.— An act to increase the pension of Robert D. Fort.Mar. 29, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert D. Fort.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Robert D. Fort, formerly a member of Captain Richard Benson’s company of Tennessee militia, who was in the military service in the year eighteen hundred and fourteen, to forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of eight dollars per month he is now receiving.
