CHAP. 2.— An act granting a pension to Julia D. Grant.Dec. 26, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Julia D. Grant.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of Julia D, Grant, widow of the late Ulysses S. Grant, deceased, on the pension-roll, and to pay her a pension during her natural life at the rate of five thousand dollars a year, from and after the twenty-third day of July, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
