CHAP. 147.— An act granting a pension to Mrs Elizabeth K. Gallagher, widow of Brevet Brigadier-General Thomas F. Gallagher, deceased, late colonel of the Eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Corps.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States if America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth K. Gallagher.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs Elizabeth K.
