CHAP. 148.— An act granting a pension to E. B. Sweeny.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,E. B. Sweeny.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of E. B. Sweeny, late a member of the Signal Corps of the United States Army. Approved, May 7, 1886.
