CHAP. 353.— An Act amending section seven hundred and sixty-four of the Revised Statutes.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,[R. S., sec. 764, p. 143](/us/rs/t/s764/p143).Amended. That section seven hundred and sixty four of the Revised Statutes be amended so that the same shall read as follows: " “From the final decision of such circuit court an appeal may be takenAppeal to Supremo Court. to the Supreme Court in the cases described in the preceding section”.
