That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighty-nine dollars and fifty-seven cents to Peter Gallagher of Washington, District of Columbia, amount due him in consequence of joint [14 Stat. 569](/us/stat/t14/s569).resolution approved February twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and. sixty-seven.
