Chap. II.— An Act *making an additional appropriation to supply a deficiency in the appropriation for the relief and protection of distressed American Seamen, during the year one thousand eight hundred and ten.*Jan. 7, 1811.[Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,*Appropriation. That for supplying the deficiency in the appropriation for the relief and protection of distressed American seamen in foreign countries, during the year one thousand eight hundred and ten, the further sum of seventy-six thousand dollars, to be paid out of any monies in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, be and the same hereby is appropriated.
