IX.— An Act *making an Appropriation for rebuilding the Stable at the President’s.* Feb. 13, 1864. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the sum of twelve thousand dollars,Appropriation for a stable at the President’s. or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to enable the Commissioner of Public Buildings to cause the stable at the President’s to be rebuilt forthwith.
