CLXXI.— An Act *making an Appropriation for the Survey of the Southern Boundary Line of Kansas territory.* Aug. 18, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, *Appropriation for survey of southern boundary of Kansas. That to enable the PresidentTHIRTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 172. 1856.140of the United States to execute the act entitled “An act to authorize the President of the United States to cause the southern boundary line of 1856, ch. 59.*Ante*, p. 27.Kansas Territory to be surveyed and marked,” the sum of thirty-five thousand tour hundred dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money hi the treasury.
