## SEC. 1101 EXTENSION OF TAXES FUNDING AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND ###

(a)Fuel Taxes **[**[26 U.S.C. 4081](/us/usc/t26/s4081)**]** Subparagraph

(B)of section 4081(d)(2) is amended by striking “February 17, 2012” and inserting “September 30, 2015”. ###

(b)Ticket Taxes ####

(1)Persons Clause

(ii)of section 4261(j)(1)(A) is amended by striking “February 17, 2012” and inserting “September 30, 2015”. ####

(2)Property Clause

(ii)of section 4271(d)(1)(A) is amended by striking “February 17, 2012” and inserting “September 30, 2015”. ###

(c)Effective Date **[**[26 U.S.C. 4081 note](/us/usc/t26/s4081)**]** The amendments made by this section shall take effect on February 18, 2012.
