## SEC. 1926 ###
(a)Section 309(c) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999 (44 U.S.C. 305 note) is amended by striking paragraph (5). ###
(b)**[**[44 U.S.C. 305 note](/us/usc/t44/s305)**]** The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999.
