## SEC. 5142 HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS Section 575(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3789; 113 Stat. 311) is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph

(3)by striking “and” at the end; ####

(4)by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
