## SEC. 5098 HARRISON, HANCOCK, AND JACKSON COUNTIES, MISSISSIPPI In carrying out projects for the protection, restoration, and creation of aquatic and ecologically related habitats located in Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson Counties, Mississippi, under section 204 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (33 U.S.C. 2326), the Secretary shall accept any portion of the non-Federal share of the cost of the projects in the form of in-kind services and materials.
