## SEC. 4071 TOLEDO HARBOR DREDGED MATERIAL PLACEMENT, TOLEDO, OHIO The Secretary shall study the feasibility of removing previously dredged and placed materials from the Toledo Harbor confined disposal facility, transporting the materials, and disposing of the materials in or at abandoned mine sites in southeastern Ohio.
