## SEC. 3172 PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA The Secretary is authorized to carry out the ecosystem restoration, recreation, and flood control components of the report of the Corps of Engineers, entitled “Parkersburg/Vienna Riverfront Park Feasibility Study”, dated June 1998, as amended by the limited reevaluation report of the Corps of Engineers, dated March 2004, at a total cost of $12,000,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $6,000,000, and an estimated non-Federal cost of $6,000,000.
