## SEC. 3103 JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI ###
(a)Modification Section 331 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 305) is amended by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$9,000,000”. ###
(b)Applicability of Credit The credit provided by section 331 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 305) (as amended by subsection
(a)of this section) shall apply to costs incurred by the Jackson County Board of Supervisors during the period beginning on February 8, 1994, and ending on the date of enactment of this Act for projects authorized by section 219(c)(5) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 110 Stat. 3757; 113 Stat. 1494).
