## SEC. 204 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION **[**[20 U.S.C. 6124](/us/usc/t20/s6124)**]** The Secretaries may approve an application submitted by a State under section 203 only if the State demonstrates in such application that the activities proposed to be undertaken by the State to develop a statewide School-to-Work Opportunities system are consistent with the State improvement plan for the State, if any, under the Goals 2000: Educate America Act.
