## SEC. 562 DOCUMENTS TRANSMITTED TO CONGRESS In documents transmitted to Congress explaining the President's budget request for the Special Education account, the Department of Education shall display amounts included in the request to reflect the incorporation of the program for children with disabilities under part D of chapter 1 of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (as such part was in effect on the day preceding the date of enactment of the Improving America's Schools Act of 1994).
