## Sec. 8 **[**[16 U.S.C. 715g](/us/usc/t16/s715g)**]** That the jurisdiction of the State, both civil and criminal, over persons upon areas acquired under this Act shall not be affected or changed by reason of their acquisition and administration by the United States as migratory bird reservations, except so far as the punishment of offenses against the United States is concerned.
