## Sec. 7 **[**[16 U.S.C. 715f](/us/usc/t16/s715f)**]** That no deed or instrument of conveyance in fee shall be accepted by the Secretary of Agriculture2 under this Act unless the State in which the area lies shall have consented by law to the acquisition by the United States of lands in that State.
