## SEC. 834 PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES RELATED TO COMMERCIAL PRODUCT AND COMMERCIAL SERVICE DETERMINATIONS Section 3453(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (5), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in paragraph (6), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding the following new paragraph: > > #### “(7) > > establish criteria in performance evaluations for appropriate personnel to reward risk-informed decisions that maximize the acquisition of commercial products, commercial services, or nondevelopmental items other than commercial products.” > .
