## SEC. 703 TRICARE PROGRAM: WAIVER OF REFERRAL REQUIREMENT UNDER TRICARE PRIME FOR CERTAIN CARE IN A MILITARY MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITY Section 1095f(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by inserting “(A)” before “The Secretary”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(B) > > The Secretary shall waive the referral requirement in paragraph
(1)in the case of a member of the armed forces serving on active duty who seeks to obtain any of the following kinds of care in a military medical treatment facility: > > > ###### “(i) > > Physical therapy. > > > ###### “(ii) > > Nutritional. > > > ###### “(iii) > > Audiological. > > > ###### “(iv) > > Optometric. > > > ###### “(v) > > Podiatric.” > .
