## SEC. 702 REDUCTION OR WAIVER OF COST-SHARING AMOUNTS UNDER TRICARE PHARMACY BENEFITS PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN DEPENDENTS ENROLLED IN TRICARE PRIME REMOTE PROGRAM Section 1074g(a)(6) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(D) > > Notwithstanding subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C), the Secretary may selectively waive or reduce cost-sharing amounts under this subsection for a dependent of a member of the uniformed services described in section 1074(c)(3)(B) of this title if the dependent is enrolled in the TRICARE Prime Remote program and accompanies the member to the duty assignment of the member at the expense of the Federal Government.” > .
