## SEC. 6311 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SPECIAL VICTIM INVESTIGATOR Section 32(a) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 (50 U.S.C. 3533(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “No individual appointed as the Special Victim Investigator may, at the time of such appointment, be a current employee of the Central Intelligence Agency.”. ## Subtitle C Reports and Other Matters
