## SEC. 2408 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT FISCAL YEAR 2022 PROJECT AT JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2402(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division B of Public Law 117–81; 135 Stat. 2174) for Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia, for construction of PV carports, the Secretary of Defense may install a 1.0-megawatt battery energy storage system for a total project amount of $40,650,000.
