## SEC. 1653 MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF BUDGET WITH RESPECT TO ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM OPERATIONS CAPABILITIES Section 500c of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated by section 1701, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > The development of a capability for modeling and simulating multi-domain joint electromagnetic spectrum operations to— > > > ##### “(A) > > assess the ability of the joint force to conduct such operations in support of the operational plans of the combatant commands; and > > > ##### “(B) > > inform improvements to such operations.” > .
