## SEC. 1634 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS PENDING SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION ON OPTIONS FOR ENHANCING NATIONAL NUCLEAR SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ACCESS TO THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2025 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, and available to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy for the travel of persons, not more than 90 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Assistant Secretary provides the briefing on options for enhancing National Nuclear Security Administration access to the defense industrial base required by the report of the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate accompanying S.2226 of the 118th Congress (Senate Report 118–58).
