## SEC. 1633 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS PENDING SUBMISSION OF PLAN FOR DECREASING THE TIME TO UPLOAD ADDITIONAL WARHEADS TO THE INTERCONTINENTAL BALLISTIC MISSILE FLEET Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2025 for operation and maintenance, Air Force, and available for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for the travel of persons, not more than 80 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Secretary of the Air Force submits the plan required by section 1650 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 137 Stat. 601).
